Our Wedding

Jenna and Julien met during a busy season of life, thanks to great timing (and unofficially, their mutual friend Sami). Their first date at The Peacock Room in New Orleans in November 2021 was one of those nights where everything just felt easy, and they both left knowing it probably wouldn’t be the last.From the start, they were pretty much inseparable. By February 2022, they were officially together and saying their first “I love you’s.” Even a stretch of long distance couldn’t slow them down — it just made them more sure about choosing each other.Since then, life has taken them through a lot of changes and new chapters, each one helping shape the life they’re building together. Phoenix brought a new adventure and their puppy, Louie, and through every move and big decision, they’ve had constant love and support from their families, which has meant more than they can say.No matter where they’ve been, home has always just meant being together — cooking dinner, dancing in the kitchen, music playing in the background, and laughing way more than they probably should.Now, in the middle of wedding planning, Jenna and Julien are just really grateful — for the love they found in each other, for the families who’ve supported them every step of the way, and for the life they’re building together. They can’t wait to celebrate with everyone and start this next chapter side by side.

Ocean Reef Club is located on the northernmost tip of the island of Key Largo. You can fly into any airport in southeast Florida and then rent a car and drive or arrange private transportation. Airport options are as follows:&nbsp; Miami International Airport (MIA):&nbsp;54 miles (Approximately 1 hour from Ocean Reef Club) Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL):&nbsp;84 miles (Approximately 1.5 hours from ORC) Palm Beach International Airport (PBI):&nbsp;125 miles (Approximately 2 hours from ORC)

Airport Information

To travel to Ocean Reef Club from the airport, we recommend taking an Uber or booking a car service. For your return trip to the airport, please note that you will not be able to book an Uber or Lyft from within Ocean Reef Club. You will need to reserve alternate transportation. Ocean Reef Club has a partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which means you can drop off or pick up an Enterprise rental car at The Inn. If you choose to rent a car, we recommend a one-way Enterprise rental for both your arrival and return trip. You will not need a car to get around ORC during your stay. To book an Enterprise rental car, call 305.367.2611 and ask for Enterprise car rentals. Please contact Brenda Gordon at 954.232.4612 for private transportation options.

Ocean Reef Club Vacation Rentals

We highly recommend that you reserve a golf cart for use during your stay. Golf carts are by far the best (and most fun!) way to get around Ocean Reef Club. There will be free parking available for any rental cars, but driving is not practical for getting around ORC.&nbsp; For golf cart rentals, we recommend contacting Reef Scooter at 305.367.9597 or via email at <a href="mailto:reefscooter.rental@gmail.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">reefscooter.rental@gmail.com</a>. Reef scooter is located on Ocean Reef Club property at 4 Barracuda Lane. Rentals are also available directly through the Club. Contact 305.367.5897 to rent from Ocean Reef.

Traveling Within Ocean Reef Club

Our ceremony will be held at Greenberg Park, which is not located within walking distance from The Inn. Complimentary van transportation will be provided on the day of the ceremony. Guests can arrange rides through the front desk at The Inn.

Activities

Enjoy the pool and saltwater lagoon located next to the hotel! Grab a bite to eat outside at the Palm Court or Beach Bar. Kayaks, paddle boards and other water sports are available for rental.

Buccaneer Island

Check out the shops at the Fishing Village. We highly recommend having lunch or dinner at The Raw Bar or The Burgee Bar. Reservations are not necessary.

The Fishing Village

12 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts are available for daily play. Lessons and clinics from the Ocean Reef Club experienced pros are available. Appropriate tennis attire is required but whites are optional. Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.Call 305.367.6583 for more information.

Experience the colorful coral reefs and amazing marine life at Ocean Reef Club. Cristal Clear Charters in The Fishing Village offers snorkel and guided scuba dive trips daily at 9:00am and 1:00pm with advance reservation. Serving Dinner (Reservations Required) Head to the Islander for fresh and flavorful Florida Keys seafood, prepared in a variety of ways and presented in special selections of appetizers and main courses. In a charming location on the beach, this restaurant serves fresh catch straight from the boats of local fishermen. You'll also enjoy sushi and sashimi made-to-order by ORC's resident Sushi Chef. A variety of wines are available, as well as full cocktail service. Serving Lunch and Dinner The Raw Bar's informal atmosphere and relaxed setting are popular among both Club Members and guests. Located in the Fishing Village, this is a favorite place to relax and savor the bounty of the sea: the freshest oysters, clams, stone crabs (in season) and shrimp as well as a variety of fish direct from local waters. Every Thursday throughout the winter season, the Raw Bar also offers one of Ocean Reef Club's most popular dining traditions—a succulent Maine Lobster Bake. Grilled sandwiches, burgers and salads, as well as full bar service, complete the offerings.
